How rollout works
- 1. Register — create an organisation admin account and add your company details.
- 2. Verify — confirm ownership of your email domain (DNS TXT record or admin email).
- 3. Contract — choose the benefit model, discount percentage, seat count and dates.
- 4. Invite — bulk-invite employees by email, or let them self-enrol with a matching work address.
- 5. Track — monitor usage and adjust the contract as needed.
All employee/organisation and provider terms are declared explicitly and recorded as mutual agreements. See data processing for how organisation and employee data is kept separate.
