Why we exist

Most home-services apps hide the worker behind a dispatch algorithm and a fixed price. The person at your door had no say in the rate, and you had no say in who came. Servlets flips that: every job is an open bid, every provider is verified, and every deal is a written agreement both parties sign.

The model

Independent workers and owner-run businesses both provide services. Organisations can sponsor the platform fee for their employees. A flat 12% platform fee funds verification, escrow and support — shown openly to everyone before they commit.
