Who can see my address and phone number?+
Only a provider whose bid you have accepted. Until then, providers see your service area and a masked phone number. Full contact details are shared once the agreement is signed.
How is the price decided?+
You set a budget range. Providers bid with a full quote, and you can counter-offer. The agreed number is locked into the signed agreement.
What is the platform fee?+
A flat 12% of the accepted bid, shown transparently to both sides before anyone commits. Organisations can waive or subsidise it for their employees.
Can a small business bring its own team?+
Yes. Register as a business owner, invite employees, and bid on their behalf — you choose which team member is assigned to each job.
What happens if something goes wrong?+
Raise a dispute from the job page. Escrow holds the payment while Servlets reviews the agreement, messages and photos, usually within three business days.
