Everyone who transacts on Servlets is verified. Here is exactly what that means and what we store.
Households

Independent workers

- Live selfie
- Address proof
- Police verification certificate
Business owners
- Government ID (front)
- Business registration
- GST certificate
Each employee of a business also completes the independent-worker checks.
What we store
- Document images in restricted, encrypted storage — reviewer access only, via links that expire in minutes.
- Only the last four digits of any ID number.
- Verification status and the reviewer’s decision note.
Rejected documents are deleted within 30 days. You can see your verification state any time from your account.
