For everyone

• Be honest in job descriptions, bids and reviews.
• Communicate through Servlets until the agreement is signed.
• Respect quoted scope — raise a new agreement for extra work.
• No discrimination on caste, religion, gender, disability or origin.

For households

• Provide safe, lawful site access and accurate information.
• Don’t ask providers to work off-platform to dodge fees or protections.
• Rate based on the agreed scope, not on things outside the provider’s control.

For providers

• Only bid on work you are verified and equipped to do.
• Turn up on time, or message early if plans change.
• Never share another user’s contact details or photos.

Enforcement

Warnings, rating notes, temporary suspension, or removal — proportionate to the breach and recorded on the account.
